Shipping Policy

There is a delay in shipping and delivery of the orders currently in the United States Postal Service (USPS). It may take up to 10 working days to deliver the order!

  1. Monday-Friday is the working days for our company. Packing and shipping are conducted on working days only. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are also processed on business days!
  2. Processing and shipping of the orders may be delayed due to incomplete or inaccurate payment information.
  3. In case of incorrect or insufficient address information, you are charged a 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for the theft of the packages post-delivery!
  4. If you receive an intimation regarding the delivery of the package, but you have still not received it, then you can contact your nearest USPS Post Office for further enquiry.
  5. Natural Glitz Collection sends you a tracking link after the order is dispatched. You can use this link to find your package if it’s held for pick-up at USPS Post Office.
  6. In case your parcel is held for pick-up, and you are under quarantine, then please contact the nearest USPS Post Office for its safe delivery. You are advised to wait to retrieve it within all safety measures.

Natural Glitz Collection offers free shipping all over the U.S. on orders above $50+. So you can start shopping from https://naturalglitzcollection.com/ and make a minimum purchase of $50 at no extra cost to you.

  • Shipping Charges under Purchases Worth $50.

On purchase amount lesser to $50, you are charged flat shipping and delivery rate of $8.99.

  • International Shipping Costs

International orders are subjected to customs/duties charges. The shipping charges for all international orders are calculated based on the weight of the package at check out!

Return Policy

Natural Glitz Collection asks for picture images of broken or damaged products to approve the claim. You can receive a return or replacement only after the evaluation of photo evidence.
